Refund Policy

Digital downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a file has been delivered. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If a downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise fails to open or function as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll provide a replacement file or a full refund, whichever resolves the issue.

Print-on-demand items (if/when offered)

Print-on-demand products are manufactured individually per order and cannot be returned for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons.

We will replace or refund a print-on-demand item if it arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered (wrong design, wrong item, etc.). Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
